1. Listen to your music and literally FEEL the music inside you, and around you.
2. Go hiking, to the beach, in a breezy green forest, or go to a park. Privately.
3. Lay down, and let your eyes guide you.
4. Finger paint naked.
5. Get lost and aroused in Art.
6. Go outside, and let your body take you. Just be careful. Avoid cars.
7. Stare into a mirror. (Though in some experiences this will bring on more visuals than almost anything else. You can lose yourself staring into the eyes of a duplicate you that follows your every motion yet has no physical connection to you..)
8. Play with corn starch and add water. Make sure you use a plate to hold it.
9. Express what you are thinking. What is on your mind. Where you are.
10. Make love.
